Engagement with Vidya Online Services (VOL) constitutes a binding technical service agreement. Our solutions are engineered for high-stake sectors; unauthorized modification or distribution of proprietary frameworks is strictly prohibited.
VOL acts as a strategic technology partner. All contractual obligations are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian intellectual property and Information Technology laws (IT Act 2000).
While we maintain 99.99% system availability protocols, VOL is not liable for data loss or operational disruption caused by unauthorized intrusion or third-party infrastructure failures.
SLA-driven professional fees are governed by the specific project charter signed by both parties. Any deviations from the initial scope will trigger a formal Change Control Protocol (CCP).
Official notices and communications must be transmitted through signed physical correspondence or verified enterprise email channels (e.g., info@vidyaonline.in).
Either party may initiate termination protocols as specified in the Master Service Agreement (MSA). Post-termination, all proprietary assets must be returned or destroyed as per contract.
